Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 15, 2023
At Sayeboun Augmented Reality (Sayeboun AR), we are fully committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (or more accurately, don't collect), how the system works, and how your content is handled and protected.
No Data Collection
- Our AR service is entirely web-based, with no app installation required.
- We do not collect, store, or process any personal or technical information from users.
- All AR scanning takes place locally within your browser, and no user data is transmitted to our servers.
User-Submitted Content
- To generate AR experiences, users are required to send their images or videos to us so we can create AR markers and linked content. These files are uploaded to our hosting servers exclusively for AR rendering purposes.
- Access to these files is strictly limited to the AR scanner interface — direct links or public access are intentionally restricted.
File Security
- All AR assets are stored on secure servers located in Germany, hosted in a reputable data center with physical and logical access controls.
- Although data center administrators may theoretically have physical access to the infrastructure, access to stored content is highly unlikely and governed by strict European data protection regulations (GDPR).
No Cookies or Trackers
We do not use any cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts. Your browsing and usage activity remain private and local to your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the last updated date clearly stated. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
